Referral commission program
1. Commission Rate
Till Jannah Media Offers a referral commission of 5% (cash) based on the TJM website package price only.
2. Eligibility
This program is exclusively applicable to:

•  Client who have previously engaged Till Jannah Media service.
•  Current staff members.
•  Verified personal acquaintances of Till Jannah Media.
3. Payment Method
The commission will be paid via bank transfer, once the referred client has fully settled their package payment. A transaction receipt will be issued for record purposes.
4. Authenticity Requirement
Referrals must be genuine. Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the program (e.g., arranging recommendations solely to obtain commission without genuine connection) will result in disqualification.
5. Rights & Amendments
Till Jannah Media reserve the right to verify the authenticity of referrals and to amend or terminate this program any time without prior notice.
6. Referral as intermediary
Referrals (e.g., ex-client, staff or verified acquaintances) may act as an intermediary by directly sharing Till Jannah Media's website portfolio, package rates, and service details with potential clients. In such cases:

•  The referral is responsible for initial communication and recommendation. 
•  Till Jannah Media will only proceed once the referred client confirms booking and payment directly with us.
•  Commission entitlement remains the same (5% based on package price, paid via bank transfer after referral full settlement)
•  Any misrepresentation of Till Jannah Media's service or unauthorized changes to package details will result in disqualification from the program.
7. Referral Tracking Code/Form
Each referral must be registered through a Google Form. This ensures clear audit records of who recommended whom.

•  First referral → 5% Commission
•  Second & Subsequent Referrals → 5% Commission + RM30 bonus
Till Jannah Media reserves the right to review or adjust the bonus structure if referral volume becomes excessive or unsustainable.
9. Transparency Clause
Referrals must use official information provided by Till Jannah Media (website, portfolio, rate card). Any miscommunication or false promises will void commission eligibility. 
10. Payment Timeline
Commissions will be processed via bank transfer within 14 days after the referred client has completed full payment.
Referrals must confirm event date availability directly with Till Jannah Media admin before committing to potential clients. Till Jannah Media may provide updated availability information (e.g., booked dates list or calendar view) to verified referrals for convenience. Final confirmation of booking remains subject to Till Jannah Media's approval.

12. Loyalty Discount
•  Client of Till Jannah Media are entitled to a 5% discount on any new package booked directly with us.
•  This discount is separate from the Referral Commission Program & cannot be combined with referral commission.
•  Till Jannah Media reserves the right to amend or terminate this discount at any time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions
1. Price
All prices quoted, whether written or verbal, are for the listed & mentioned services only. We keep you informed of scope changes, promoting transparency & client satisfaction. 
2. Milestones & Cancellation
•  20% Booking Deposit: To secure and lock the service date.
•  30% Second Payment: To cover post-production, editing, printing, and vendor costs.
•  50% Final Payment: Due upon the completion of the editing process.
Receipts will be issued for every transaction. Final deliverables, both digital and physical (watermark-free), will only be released once the 50% balance is fully settled. In the event of a cancellation before work commences, the 20% booking deposit is strictly non-refundable.
For clients with a history of late payments or poor communication, Till Jannah Media reserves the right to request the remaining 50% balance before commencing editing or printing processes.
3. Non-Payment Clause
By paying a 20% deposit, the client accepts these terms; missed 30% or 50% payments may suspend services, & after 30 days unpaid the contract ends with possible legal action; disputes follow governing law. 
4. Client Response Policy
Till Jannah Media will share preview materials such as album designs, video drafts & frame layouts for client review. To keep our projects moving smoothly & manage storage effectively, we ask clients to provide feedback or confirmation within 24 hours. If no response is received, we may freeze access to shared links & clear temporary editing files. Final deliverables will remain available once confirmation & payment are completed.
5. Artistic Style Clause
This clause clarifies that the client accepts the team's creative style based on their existing work & portfolio, & acknowledges that the final outcome will reflect this established artistic approach.
6. Penalties
Late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on any outstanding balance after 14 days from the balance invoice date. If payment delays are communicated before the due date & mutually agreed upon, the penalty may be waived.
7. Delivery Guarantee
All final products will be delivered within the agreed timeline. In the event of unforeseen delays, clients will be informed promptly and provided with appropriate options.
8. Delivery Timeline
Final product will be standard delivered within 14–60 days of receiving the second invoice payment, depending on project scope & sole editor queue.
9. Force Majeure
Till Jannah Media shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g. illness, accidents, technical failures, natural disasters). In such cases, delivery timeline will be extended with client’s consent. 
10. Rush Delivery Fee
For work requiring delivery within 1-10 day, an additional charge of up to 20-30% of the total package may apply, depending on scope and urgency. Subject to availability. 
11. Super Rush & Editing
Super rush editing requests require pre-prepared materials (e.g. music, sound effects, branding assets). Till Jannah Media is not liable for delays or limitations caused by missing or late-provided content. For rush edits, clients are encouraged to provide all necessary materials in advance. This helps ensure smooth delivery and optimal quality. 
12. Rush Delivery Guarantee
•  Super Rush (1 - 4 days): 30% surcharge
•  Rush (5 - 12 days): 20% surcharge
•  Standard (13+ days): No surcharge (Standard 14 - 60 day window)

Note: Surcharges are only charged based on the agreement & actual delivery date.
13. Shooting Hour Length
Shooting coverage per day ranges from 30 minute up to full ceremony coverage including breaks. If the client requests an extension, please refer to our team directly.
14. Service Hour Extensions
Extension of the such as photography, videography, or combined services during the job, client agree to pay an additional charge from based on the service agreement (3 hour or 7 hour package). 
15. Extended Day Service
The 7-hour package can be extended for one day at RM600 (General) or RM1000 (Commercial).
16. Transport & Accommodation
For jobs or meetings outside Klang Valley, travel & accommodation must be covered by client. Transport charge of RM0.50/km (round trip) applies unless agreed otherwise. 
17. Decline Work 
It’s possible we fell gravely ill, was in a transport accident or had to rush off to something incredibly urgent in personal life. We will refund back the money that the client had paid.
18. Scan QR Photo
The setup requires a fixed location with a our table cart. The setup cannot be moved or replicated elsewhere during the event.  Scan QR access won’t proceed without internet connection.
19. Laser Safety at Events
High-intensity Lasers, like Class 3B and Class 4, can damage our camera sensors. Please inform us if these lasers will be used at the event. The client will be responsible for any damage caused by these lasers.
20. Drone Clause
All drone flights comply with CAAM (Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia) regulations and depend on safe weather and location. Drone operator is included free only in selected packages; standalone drone hire is a paid service. No refunds apply for any reason, including weather, equipment issues, restricted zones, interference, or damage. Clients are responsible for permits and compliance.
21. RAW / Original Files 
RAW files are intended for editing purposes. We do not provide RAW photo or video files for non-commercial use. Only companies may request RAW files, and each file price will depend on current market rates.
22. All Video Footage
To receive all video footage, a flash drive purchase is required from us. Services charge for color grading & rendering will be included. RAW video footage will be deleted once the final invoice is issued & fully paid.
23. Soft Copy Design File
Charges for design work do not cover the release of our copyright design source files. Should the client require these files, they will be subject to a separate quotation.
24. Limit Revision
Exceeding revision limit will subject the client to additional revision charges. Once the product are agreed & delivered, any additional change requests will be subject to additional charges. 
25. Transfer File Restriction 
For the security of our server storage, regretfully, we do not accept thumbdrives or any external drives for file transfers due to the potential risk of viruses.
26. File Compress Delivery
Compressed photos and videos are uploaded to Google Photos. This helps with faster viewing and sharing, especially on mobile devices. Full-resolution files are available on a flash drive, which you may purchase separately. 
27. Warranty
We archive final media for 12 months, flash drive follow brand warranty, photo frame carry 3 month manufacturing warranty & photo album 12 month manufacturing warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Excludes misuse, mishandling or accidental damage. Client are responsible for proper care to ensure product longevity, durability & preservation against environmental or handling risks.
28. Ex-Client Loyalty Discount
•  Ex-client of Till Jannah Media are entitled to a 5% discount on any new package booked directly with us.
•  This discount is separate from the Referral Commission Program & cannot be combined with referral commission.
•  Till Jannah Media reserves the right to amend or terminate this discount at any time without prior notice.
29. Liability Limitations
Our sole obligation for lost or damaged files is restoration or re-delivery. We disclaim liability for data loss caused by events outside our control (e.g., client hardware failure, natural disaster). 
30. Postage
Additional charges for product bubble wrap & postage for physical product delivery. 
31. Social Media & Website
All photo, video & design can uploaded into our website & social media upon client consideration.
